Refund Policy

To secure your booking, a £10 deposit is required at the time of reservation.

Please note the following terms:

• The £10 deposit is non-refundable.

• If you cancel your booking for any reason, you will lose the £10 deposit.

• If you do not attend your scheduled appointment (no-show), the deposit will also be forfeited.

• The remaining balance (if applicable) is due at the time of the appointment.
